Lead Register

Lead scores are pre-calculated during the research phase and loaded directly from the LeadRegister.json file. Scores reflect the Scoring Model defined in 2.1li and approved before any company was scored.

Each company is scored across fit signals (structural indicators of need and readiness) and timing signals (time-sensitive events that indicate an active procurement window). Timing signals older than their shelf life score zero regardless of content.
